Lori Henry State Farm is seeking a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on outbound activity, building pipelines, and closing new business. This role is built for a motivated professional who wants their results to matter—and to be rewarded for them—while helping customers protect what matters most.
You’ll generate new opportunities, move prospects through the sales funnel, and convert conversations into policies. This is a performance-driven role with clear goals, accountability, and growth potential.
About Our Growth
We’re expanding across two locations and continuing to grow our presence in the community. Our current office serves the 19444 area, and we will be opening a second location in 19119 in May 2026. This expansion creates strong opportunity for motivated sales professionals who want to build with an agency that’s scaling and investing in its future.
Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)
This role is licensing contingent.
  • Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office
  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
We provide full licensing support and guidance to help you successfully complete the process.
What You’ll Do
  • Engage prospective customers through outbound calls, email follow-up, and community outreach
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Conduct follow-up interactions to move prospects toward quoting and closing
  • Present insurance solutions confidently using a needs-based sales approach
  • Track daily activity and report progress toward acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies
  • Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales-first mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort initiating contact and handling outbound sales activity
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Previous experience in marketing, outreach, customer service, or sales preferred
  • Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
